What this tool does

BitChute Video Downloader saves a public video from BitChute to your device, so you can watch it offline. Paste a video link and download -- no account, no browser extension, and no BitChute login required.

How It Works

When you paste a link, the server resolves the video using yt-dlp, an open-source media resolver, without logging in. When you press Download, the server fetches that file and relays it straight back to your browser as a download -- it is deleted from the server the moment it finishes sending.

Problems it solves

How to Download

  1. 1 Copy the video link -- open the video on BitChute and copy its link from the address bar.
  2. 2 Paste and fetch -- paste the link and press Fetch Video to load its title.
  3. 3 Save the video -- press Download and follow your browser's prompt.

On Your Device

iPhone & iPad

Open the video on BitChute in Safari, copy the link, then paste it here.

Windows & Mac

Copy the video's URL from your browser's address bar on bitchute.com.

Frequently asked questions

›Is this legal?

It depends on the video and your local law. This tool only retrieves the same public video BitChute already sends to any browser that loads a public video page -- it does not unlock private or deleted content. BitChute's own terms technically restrict third-party downloading, though enforcement against personal, occasional use is weak and there is a large market of similar tools. You should still respect the original creator's rights, especially for anything you plan to reuse or republish.

›Why did fetching fail for my link?

The video may be private, deleted, or the link may point to a channel page instead of a single video. Reopen the video on bitchute.com, confirm it still plays there, copy the link again, and try once more.

›Why is there only one quality option?

BitChute serves videos as a single file rather than multiple resolutions, so there is only ever one quality to download -- this is normal, not a limitation of this tool.

Respecting Creators

BitChute creators build a following through views and engagement on the platform itself, often because it allows content removed or restricted elsewhere. Save videos for personal use or reference, credit the original creator if you repost anything, and avoid passing off someone else's content as your own.
